As well as offering market-leading expertise, all of the firms on our panel adopt a client-focused service in accordance with our claims handling philosophy.
In addition, all of our panel firms have agreed to adopt our Service Provider Agreement, which covers every aspect of the services that we require them to perform, including:
- Agreed charging rates;
- Our reporting requirements and reserving philosophy;
- The service standards required from each service provider;
- Our audit regime, designed to ensure that the service standards are complied with.
