Professional Indemnity
The Syndicate was originally established as a provider of Professional Indemnity insurance and this class remains an important aspect of the Syndicate’s portfolio. Although the Syndicate has written and will continue to write more traditional, mainstream PI business, its focus and emphasis is on the non-standard area where a more innovative approach is required.

Medical Malpractice 
The Syndicate has a long-standing primary lead account of profitable medical related business from territories including the UK, Republic of Ireland, Central Europe and Canada. We are keen to develop further in these and other territories. Our focus is private clinics and associated risks.

Directors & Officers Liability 
The personal liability and ancillary coverages of directors and officers of all companies from UK SME entities and charities, through to global, US-listed entities can be underwritten by the Syndicate by an experienced Management Liability Underwriter and Syndicate support staff. Possible coverages include: Side A only (non-indemnifiable loss), Excess Side A “Difference in Conditions” drop-down, Securities Entity Liability, Entity Employment Practices, Fiduciary / Pension Trustees Liability, Entity Coverage, and Fidelity.

Financial Institutions
The Syndicate can write policies using either standard Market wordings or alternatively policies can be tailored to our client's requirements. We write an international portfolio concentrating on well regulated territories, offering capacity on a primary or excess basis.
